Advising the vendor in relation to the disposal of a large portfolio of disability accommodation assets
Assisting numerous independent schools in relation to the acquisition of adjoining land for the purpose of future expansion
Assisting a charity with the structuring and documentation of receipt of a gift of a major real property asset
Assisting a charity in a dispute with a landlord regarding non-disclosure during lease negotiations of the contaminated status of the land
Assisting charities with shared use arrangements of commercial leased premises including drafting sublease and licence arrangements, and assisting numerous churches with licensing arrangements of Church assets
